College Connection Bookstore is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.
On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

Please read the refund policy provided to you at the bookstore checkout. ALL
SALES FINAL except for a dropped class within the deadline as indicated and
under the following conditions:
1.Your cash register receipt will be stapled to a copy of the refund policy that
clearly states the refund deadline date or will be stamped with a red refund
date.
2. Books are in the same condition as purchased. (New books must be unopened,
unmarked and unread.)
3. Books must have current price sticker attached.
4.Cash register receipt must be presented. ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS WITHOUT A
CASH REGISTER RECEIPT.
5. No refunds of shrink-wrapped course packs which have been opened.
6. Defective copies of textbooks are exchangeable with a valid cash register
receipt. Defective used books may have to be replaced with a new text for an
additional charge.
7. Bring your books to the front counter of the bookstore. Do not bring books or
backpacks into the store.
8. All refunds are subject to the discretion of the store manager.
NOTICE: Please purchase all needed textbooks during the first three weeks of
classes. After that time, the bookstore will begin returning unsold textbooks to
the publishers.
PROTECT YOUR BOOKS! Once you know you are keeping your textbooks, mark them in
some manner so you can identify them if they are lost or stolen. (For example:
Put your name in the margin of a particular page of each textbook.)
